I’m sure I’m not the only one who gets some serious sweet cravings after dinner. Most of the time I let them go but every now and then I will make a bowl of “healthy ice cream” by using a little Greek yogurt instead! If you have those sweet cravings like I do, this is a great substitute!
- 2/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fruit of your choice (raspberries, blueberries, peaches-some of my favorites)
- Sprinkle of a few mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Scoop your Greek yogurt into a bowl, and add your toppings in. Feel free to mix it all together, or enjoy it like I have pictured!
